We provide dishes, pots and pans, glasses, cups, utensils and linens. We provide towels, dish washing soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent and soap. We will provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and two rolls of paper towels.
This beautiful, 4 bed, 3 bath re-crafted home with hot tub has a fantastic floor plan. An incredible kitchen of hickory, granite and maple flooring welcomes you into this mountain home. The kitchen is fully furnished and ready for any culinary creation. There is a separate dining area and a vaulted living room with a wood burning fireplace and surrounded by large windows. The big flat screen TV with WIFI and DVD are located here.There is a Queen sleeper sofa located here in the living room if you need it.
As you walk upstairs, the new Living Room, Second Master Bedroom and Full bath appear. The Upstairs Master Bedroom has a California King Bed with lovely mountain decor. The upstairs Living Room has comfortable furniture, a wood burning Fireplace and a 55`` flat screen TV. The Full Bathroom has an exclusive dual-headed shower.
A tranquil Master Suite with Queen bed, a private, tile bath with dual vanities and a walk-in closet is a retreat in itself. The Master bed has a log headboard and a decorative mountain comforter with warm reds and browns.
The 1st Guest bedroom has a Queen bed with a tasteful decor and beautiful, carved furniture.
The 2nd Guest bedroom sleeps 2 and features a set of bunk beds perfect for children or young teens.
The Guest Bath is located conveniently in the hall. There is a complete laundry room for your use.
There is a large beautiful, new Trex deck in the back that has plenty of room to barbecue and has a hot tub to relax in after a long day of hiking or seeing the sights. Cook a favorite meal on the gas grille while watching the sunset and the mountain views.
Enjoy the private large wooded 1-acre lot with a family picnic or badminton game.

We had 8 adults sharing the place and it was gorgeous, very spacious and clean. The amenities of the place were all there, from the hot tub to the laundry room to 3 bathrooms for getting ready and a grill for cooking. We cooked several meals there and we had everything we needed to do that plus the grocery store is 5 minutes away. The location may not be the most secluded but its so convenient to everything. There were a lot of wildlife sightings every day, mule deer, elk, turkeys and birds, just beautiful to watch out the windows. We definitely recommend staying here and we will stay here again for sure!

Beautiful renovated place on the edge of town. There were Elk on the lawn when we arrived. We also saw deer and coyotes out of the window. The hot tub was nice and warm.

“My now husband and I were lucky enough to enjoy a BEAUTIFUL honeymoon in this cabin. We could not have asked for anything better. The house was absolutely stunning, clean, spacious, and had everything we could have possibly asked for. We spent a majority of our time hiking, shopping, etc, but even wanted to find time to stay at the house and relax and use the hot tub. One of the best vacation houses I have EVER stayed in. We will definitely be booking this house again! Thank you very much for a trip we will never forget!”

Home Away from Home Feel Our group of eight adults enjoyed our five day stay at this Estes home very much. The rental provided plenty of space and amenities allowing for a relaxing get-away. There are many nice updates to the home. The proximity to all that Estes has to offer in town and in the mountains makes it a great location – not to mention all the wildlife that strolls up onto the property. With all the windows in the home it an easy way to see nature up close & personal. Give it a try! Recommended for: People with Disabilities, Families with Young Children, Pet-friendly, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers.

We were extremely happy with this booking. The staff at Estes Park Central communicated clearly and answered emails and phone calls quickly. The cabin was beautiful, spacious, perfectly clean. Interior, kitchen and baths were up to date and again, very clean. Our group consisted of 3 couples and a single adult guest. There was more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable and enjoy privacy. We enjoyed nice mountain views from large windows. Minutes from Estes shops and restaurants if you want, but we enjoyed most of our meals in. Very convenient to hiking in and out of the park. If/when we get back to Estes, we would definitely book this same location again!

What a lovely home! Close access to downtown shopping and one of the park entrances. Not a bad view for being close to shops (versus a longer drive up for a mountainside view). Plenty of room for our family of 8 to spread out, relax on the couches or in the hot tub, with many amenities in the kitchen and laundry. Comfortable beds, simple mountain décor. Thanks for the stay!

A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty other than an $99 administration fee. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. For cancellations made within 30 days of the stay, your money will not be refunded, (this applies to bad weather, floods, fires and other acts of god). No refunds will be given for storms. Our rental is completely stocked with dishes, pots and pans, glasses, cups, utensils and linens. We provides towels, dishwashing soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent and soap. We will provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and two rolls of paper towels. If you should run out during your stay, you will need to restock the paper products. Propane is provided for the grills and the grills will be clean. If additional propane is needed, the renter is responsible for this. Firewood is not provided, however, firewood is available for sale in Estes Park.

An advance payment equal to ~30% of the rental rate is required at time of booking. The advance payment will be applied toward the rental. Please make payments in the form of traveler’s checks, bank money orders, cashier’s checks or personal checks payable to Estes Park Central. The BALANCE OF payment is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date.
We have designated homeowners that have agreed to allow renter to bring pets while staying in their rental. These rentals are available with an additional $95 non-refundable pet deposit. When choosing one of our vacation rentals, please view the full description and look for the “Pets Allowed” label designating whether that rental accepts pets.
